In Greene County district court Alex Duncan Dankel, 24,of Scranton pleaded not guilty June 25 to a charge of operating while intoxicated- second offense. A trial date was set for Aug. 21.
Cases were initiated in district court as follows: Richard Jesse Duran, 45, of Panama, driving while license barred; Leah Meredith Kurt, 25, of Ames, possession of methamphetamine; Nathaniel Brown, 51, of Scranton, domestic abuse assault- third or subsequent offense; and Seth Michael Butler, 29, of Scranton, driving while license barred.
Information is available since the return of an arrest warrant that James Lee Hoyle, 19, of Beaver has been charged with trespass causing injury or damage more than $200, and assault causing bodily injury. The warrant was issued June 18 and returned July 2.
